We carefully check every product before dispatch, however if there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange / Refund

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds only in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Damaged product received

Missing items in the package

Different product received from what was ordered


Important Requirement – Unboxing Video Mandatory

To claim any return, exchange, or refund, the customer must provide a proper unboxing video.

The video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the sealed parcel

Show the shipping label clearly

Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

Clearly show the issue/damage in the product


⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted under any condition.

Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution Process

Once our team verifies the issue:

We will provide a replacement/exchange product, OR

If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Personal dislike of product

Color variation due to lighting/screen settings

Minor handmade finishing variations

Requests made without unboxing video

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
